Forgot Your Password
If you can't remember your password:
- Go to the Speako sign-in page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Reset Code
- Check your email for a 6-digit code
- Enter the code when prompted
- Create a new password (minimum 8 characters)
- You're signed in automatically
Didn't Receive the Code?
If you don't see the reset code:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Ensure you entered the correct email address
- Click Try Again to request a new code
Email No Longer Accessible
If you can't access the email on your account:
- Contact support at [email protected]
- Provide your account details
- We'll verify your identity and help restore access
If You Use Social Login
If you normally sign in with Google or Apple:
- Go to the sign-in page
- Click the appropriate social login button
- Sign in with your Google/Apple credentials
- No password needed

If you've tried too many incorrect passwords:
- Wait a few minutes before trying again
- Use the password reset flow
- Contact support if issues persist
