Regain access to your Speako account if you've forgotten your password or lost access.

Forgot Your Password

If you can't remember your password:

  1. Go to the Speako sign-in page
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click Send Reset Code
  5. Check your email for a 6-digit code
  6. Enter the code when prompted
  7. Create a new password (minimum 8 characters)
  8. You're signed in automatically

Didn't Receive the Code?

If you don't see the reset code:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address
  • Click Try Again to request a new code

Email No Longer Accessible

If you can't access the email on your account:

  1. Contact support at [email protected]
  2. Provide your account details
  3. We'll verify your identity and help restore access

If You Use Social Login

If you normally sign in with Google or Apple:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click the appropriate social login button
  3. Sign in with your Google/Apple credentials
  4. No password needed

Account Locked?

If you've tried too many incorrect passwords:

  • Wait a few minutes before trying again
  • Use the password reset flow
  • Contact support if issues persist
