Control which email notifications you receive from Speako.

Types of Notifications

Speako can send you notifications for:

  • Booking confirmations - When customers book appointments
  • Account alerts - Important account information
  • Billing notifications - Payment and subscription updates
  • Usage alerts - When approaching voice minute limits

Team Member Booking Notifications

For booking confirmation emails specifically:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings
  2. Find the Team Members card
  3. Use the notification toggle next to your name See Booking Email Notifications for Team Members for details.

Account Notifications

Critical account notifications (security alerts, password changes) are always sent to ensure account security.

Billing Notifications

Billing-related emails include:

  • Invoice receipts
  • Payment confirmations
  • Subscription changes
  • Usage warnings These are sent to your primary email address.

Changing Where Notifications Go

To change which email receives notifications:

  1. Update your primary email address
