Tool Dependencies
Some tools depend on others:
- Certain tools require base tools to be enabled first
- The system will prompt you to enable dependencies
- Disabling a required tool may disable dependent tools
Best Practices
Start Simple
Enable essential tools first:
- Booking tools for appointment management
- Customer tools for personalization
- Add CTA tools as needed
Test After Changes
After enabling or disabling tools:
- Make a test call
- Verify the agent behaves as expected
- Adjust if needed
