You can add knowledge to Speako in several ways. This article explains the different input methods available.
Input Sources
Speako supports four ways to add knowledge:
File Upload
Upload documents directly:
- PDF — Brochures, menus, policy documents
- Word (DOCX) — Text documents
- Excel (XLSX) — Spreadsheets, service lists
- CSV — Data exports, pricing tables File size limit: 8MB per file
URL Import
Import content from web pages:
- Enter a URL to any public web page
- Speako extracts the text content
- Formatted and stored in your knowledge base
Speako Sync
Automatically sync from other Speako data:
- Pulls existing information
- Keeps knowledge base in sync
- Reduces manual entry
Manual Text
Write or paste content directly:
- Rich text editor with formatting
- Markdown support
- Templates available for guidance
