Input Sources

Speako supports four ways to add knowledge:

File Upload

Upload documents directly:

  • PDF — Brochures, menus, policy documents
  • Word (DOCX) — Text documents
  • Excel (XLSX) — Spreadsheets, service lists
  • CSV — Data exports, pricing tables File size limit: 8MB per file

URL Import

Import content from web pages:

  • Enter a URL to any public web page
  • Speako extracts the text content
  • Formatted and stored in your knowledge base

Speako Sync

Automatically sync from other Speako data:

  • Pulls existing information
  • Keeps knowledge base in sync
  • Reduces manual entry

Manual Text

Write or paste content directly:

  • Rich text editor with formatting
  • Markdown support
  • Templates available for guidance
