Find specific notifications quickly using filters on the notifications page.

Accessing Filters

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Notifications
  2. Use the filter options at the top

Filter by Type

Select a notification category to filter:

  • All - Show all notifications (default)
  • Billing - Payment and subscription alerts
  • Booking - Customer booking updates
  • System - Account and security events
  • Maintenance - Service update alerts
  • News - Product announcements
  • Usage - Resource limit warnings Click a tab to filter to that type only.

Filter by Read Status

Toggle to show only unread notifications:

  1. Click the Show unread only button
  2. Only unread notifications display
  3. Click again to show all

Combining Filters

You can use both filters together:

  • Select a type (e.g., Billing)
  • Enable "Show unread only"
  • See only unread billing notifications

Pagination

When you have many notifications:

  • 20 notifications display per page
  • Click Load more to see older ones
  • Filters apply to all pages
