Control when your booking page is available to customers. This article explains how to enable or disable it.

Booking Page Status

Your booking page can be:

  • Active — Customers can access and make bookings
  • Inactive — Page returns an error, no bookings possible

Checking Current Status

  1. Go to Booking Page > Setup
  2. View the active/inactive status indicator
  3. See whether customers can currently access your page

Enabling the Booking Page

If your booking page is inactive:

  1. Go to Booking Page > Setup
  2. Toggle the status to Active
  3. Save changes
  4. Customers can now access and book

Disabling the Booking Page

To temporarily disable online bookings:

  1. Go to Booking Page > Setup
  2. Toggle the status to Inactive
  3. Save changes
  4. Customers will see an error if they try to access

When to Disable

Consider disabling when:

  • You need to pause online bookings temporarily
  • Making major updates to settings
  • During seasonal closures
  • If capacity is fully booked

Impact of Disabling

When disabled:

  • Customers see an error message
  • Existing bookings remain unaffected
  • AI phone bookings still work
  • You can re-enable at any time

Re-enabling

Simply toggle back to Active and save. Your booking page is immediately available again.
