If you no longer need your Speako account, you can permanently delete it.
Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Consider:
- Downloading any data you need first
- Canceling your subscription (if active)
- Saving important booking information
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:
- Your profile and personal information
- All connected services and integrations
- Subscription and billing history
- Access to all locations and settings
How to Delete Your Account
- Navigate to Dashboard > Profile
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Click Delete Account
- Read the warning carefully
- Type delete my account to confirm
- Click Delete Account to proceed
Confirmation Requirement
To prevent accidental deletion, you must type "delete my account" exactly as shown. The delete button remains disabled until you enter this confirmation text.
After Deletion
Once deleted:
- You're immediately signed out
- Your data is permanently removed
- You cannot recover the account
- You'll need to create a new account to use Speako again
Alternatives to Deletion
If you're not sure about deleting:
- Pause instead: Consider keeping the account inactive
- Downgrade: Contact support about changing plans
- Take a break: You can always come back later
