Manage the email addresses associated with your Speako account.
Viewing Your Emails
- Navigate to Dashboard > Profile
- Find the Email Management card
- See all email addresses on your account
Email Status Indicators
- Crown icon - Primary email address
- Shield checkmark - Verified email
- Alert icon - Unverified email
Adding a New Email
- Navigate to Dashboard > Profile
- Find the Email Management card
- Click Add Email
- Enter the new email address
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code
- Enter the code to verify
- The email is added to your account
Verifying an Email
Unverified emails need verification:
- Click Verify next to the unverified email
- A 6-digit code is sent to that email
- Enter the code when prompted
- The email becomes verified
Removing an Email
- Navigate to Dashboard > Profile
- Find the Email Management card
- Click the delete icon next to the email
- Confirm removal
💡 Note: You cannot remove your only email address or your primary email.
Why Have Multiple Emails?
- Receive notifications at different addresses
- Have backup access to your account
- Separate work and personal communications
