Your primary email is the main contact point for your Speako account.

What is the Primary Email?

The primary email is used for:

  • Account notifications
  • Password reset requests
  • Important account communications
  • Billing notifications

Identifying Your Primary Email

In the Email Management section:

  • The primary email shows a crown icon
  • It's listed first among your emails

Changing Your Primary Email

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Profile
  2. Find the Email Management card
  3. Locate the email you want to make primary
  4. Click Set as Primary Requirements:
  • The email must be verified
  • You can only have one primary email at a time

Before Changing Your Primary Email

Consider that:

  • Future notifications go to the new primary email
  • Password resets will be sent there
  • The previous primary becomes a secondary email

Why Change Your Primary Email?

Common reasons:

  • Switching from a personal to work email
  • Old email no longer accessible
  • Consolidating your account to a new address
