What Are AI-Generated Variations?
The variation feature uses AI to create multiple versions of your greeting. Each variation has a different style, giving you options to choose from.
Generating Variations
- Go to AI Config > Greetings
- Find the greeting you want variations for
- Click Generate Variations
- Review the generated options
- Click on a variation to use it
Variation Styles
The AI generates variations with different characteristics:

Each generation typically provides 2 variations with different styles.

- The AI analyzes your current greeting (or the default template)
- It generates alternatives maintaining your variables

Using Variations Effectively
Compare Options
Read through all variations before choosing. Consider:
- Which matches your brand voice?
- Which sounds most natural?
- Which is the right length?
Mix and Match
Use elements from different variations to create your ideal greeting.
Generate More
If none of the options fit, generate again for fresh alternatives.
Variables Are Preserved
All personalization variables remain intact:
