When you're ready to move from your free trial to a paid subscription, activating is quick and easy.

When to Activate

You can activate your subscription:

  • Anytime during your trial - Start your paid plan early
  • When trial ends - Activate to continue service
  • When trial minutes run out - Get full minute allocation immediately

How to Activate

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Billing
  2. Find the trial banner at the top of the page
  3. Click Activate your subscription now
  4. Complete the payment process

What Happens When You Activate

Immediate Changes

  • Your trial ends
  • Billing begins for your selected plan
  • You receive the full voice minute allocation
  • Usage counter resets

Example

If you're on a Pro plan trial with 15 minutes, after activation you'll have 320 minutes.

Payment Process

When you activate:

  1. Your saved payment method is charged
  2. If no payment method is saved, you'll be prompted to add one
  3. Additional verification may be required for some cards
  4. Once payment succeeds, activation completes

After Activation

Once activated:

  • Your subscription status changes to "Active"
  • The billing page shows your full plan details
  • Monthly billing cycles begin
  • All plan features are fully available

Can't Activate?

If you have trouble activating:

  • Ensure your payment method is valid
  • Check for any card blocks or limits
  • Contact support if issues persist
