Each Speako plan includes specific limits for locations and team members. Understanding these limits helps you choose the right plan for your business.
Location Limits
Locations represent different business premises or branches you manage.

Your first location is included free with every plan. Additional locations (2nd onwards) require a separate per-location subscription fee. See the pricing details in our Available Plans Overview.
Each location can have its own:
- AI agent configuration
- Staff members
- Services and schedules
- Phone number
Team Member Limits
Team members are people who can access your Speako dashboard.

The limit includes the account owner. For example, the Pro plan allows the owner plus 4 additional team members.
Unlimited Staff Members
All plans include unlimited staff members. Staff members are different from team members:
- Team members: Access the dashboard to manage your business
- Staff members: Provide services and appear on your booking page You can add as many staff members as your business needs, regardless of your plan.
Reaching Your Limits
When you reach a limit:
- Locations: You cannot create new locations until you upgrade
- Team members: The invite button becomes disabled
Upgrading for More Capacity
If you need more locations or team members:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Choose a plan with higher limits
