Voice minutes measure how much time your AI agent spends on phone calls.

  • 1 minute of call time = 1 voice minute
  • Minutes are tracked precisely (e.g. a 2 min 30 sec call uses 2.5 minutes)
  • The average call is about 2 minutes
  • Minutes reset at the start of each billing period If you run low, you'll receive a usage alert. You can purchase extra minute packages at any time without changing your plan.

Adding Locations

Your first location is included free with every plan. If you need additional locations, each one requires a separate per-location subscription:

  • The first location is always free — no additional charge
  • Each additional location (2nd, 3rd, etc.) is billed independently
  • You can choose monthly or annual billing for each location

    💡 Tip: You can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly.

What happens if I run out of voice minutes?

You'll receive usage alerts at 70% and 90% usage. You can purchase extra minutes or upgrade your plan at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Make sure the lower plan meets your location and team member needs before downgrading.
