When to Update Your Payment Method
Update your payment method when:
- Your card is expiring soon
- You received a new card number
- A payment failed
- You want to use a different card
How to Update During a Purchase
The easiest way to update your payment method is during a purchase:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Billing
- Click Buy Minutes
- In the payment form, enter your new card details
- Complete the purchase The new card becomes your default payment method.
If a Payment Fails
When a subscription payment fails:
- An alert appears on your billing page
- Click to update your payment method
- Enter valid card details
- The payment retries automatically
Payment Method Security
When updating payment information:
- Your new details are handled by Stripe
- Previous card information is replaced
- No card numbers are stored on our servers
- Verification may be required for some cards

To prevent payment issues:
