When to Update Your Payment Method

How to Update During a Purchase

The easiest way to update your payment method is during a purchase:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Billing
  2. Click Buy Minutes
  3. In the payment form, enter your new card details
  4. Complete the purchase The new card becomes your default payment method.

If a Payment Fails

When a subscription payment fails:

  1. An alert appears on your billing page
  2. Click to update your payment method
  3. Enter valid card details
  4. The payment retries automatically

Payment Method Security

When updating payment information:

  • Your new details are handled by Stripe
  • Previous card information is replaced
  • No card numbers are stored on our servers
