Speako provides alerts to help you stay ahead of minute depletion and maintain uninterrupted service.

Usage Warning (70% Threshold)

When you've used 70% of your plan minutes, a warning appears:

  • Amber alert banner on the billing page

  • Shows your current usage percentage

  • Includes a Buy Minutes button This early warning gives you time to:

  • Purchase extra minutes

  • Plan for the remainder of your billing period

  • Consider upgrading your plan

Service Alert (Minutes Depleted)

If you use all your minutes (plan + extra), a service alert appears:

  • Red alert banner on the billing page
  • Message: "You've reached your voice minute limit"
  • New calls cannot be processed
  • Immediate action required

Resolving the Alert

  1. Click Buy Minutes to purchase extra minutes
  2. Service resumes immediately after purchase

Payment Issue Alert

If a subscription payment fails:

  • Red alert banner appears
  • Message: "Your service has been suspended due to a payment issue"
  • Service access is restricted
  • Prompt to update payment method

Resolving Payment Issues

  1. Update your payment method
  2. Allow the payment to retry
  3. Service resumes once payment succeeds

Alert Priority

If multiple issues exist:

  1. Payment issues take priority over minute depletion
  2. Resolve payment first, then address minutes

Preventing Service Interruption

To avoid disruptions:

  • Monitor usage regularly
  • Buy extra minutes when warning appears
  • Keep payment method up to date
  • Consider upgrading for more headroom
