You can view your current plan details and subscription status at any time from your billing page.

Where to Find Your Plan Information

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Billing
  2. Your current plan is displayed at the top of the page

What You'll See

The billing page shows:

Usage Overview

  • Voice minutes used vs. included
  • Progress bar showing usage percentage
  • Minutes remaining
  • Period reset date

Plan Details

  • Current plan name (Starter, Advance, Pro, or Expert)
  • Billing period (monthly or annual)
  • Subscription status

Extra Minutes

  • Total extra minutes purchased
  • Available extra minutes

Subscription Status

Your subscription can be in one of these states:

  • Active: Your subscription is current and service is available
  • Trialing: You're in your free trial period
  • Past Due: A payment failed and needs attention
  • Canceled: Your subscription has ended
