You can view your current plan details and subscription status at any time from your billing page.
Where to Find Your Plan Information
- Navigate to Dashboard > Billing
- Your current plan is displayed at the top of the page
What You'll See
The billing page shows:
Usage Overview
- Voice minutes used vs. included
- Progress bar showing usage percentage
- Minutes remaining
- Period reset date
Plan Details
- Current plan name (Starter, Advance, Pro, or Expert)
- Billing period (monthly or annual)
- Subscription status
Extra Minutes
- Total extra minutes purchased
- Available extra minutes
Subscription Status
Your subscription can be in one of these states:
- Active: Your subscription is current and service is available
- Trialing: You're in your free trial period
- Past Due: A payment failed and needs attention
- Canceled: Your subscription has ended
