Where to View Usage

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Billing
  2. Find the Usage Overview card

Understanding the Usage Display

The usage overview shows:

Minutes Used / Included

Displays as "X / Y" format (e.g., "45 / 160")

  • First number: Minutes you've used this period
  • Second number: Minutes included in your plan

Progress Bar

Visual indicator of usage:

  • Green: Under 80% used
  • Amber: 80-95% used
  • Red: Over 95% used or depleted

Percentage

Shows what portion of your allocation you've consumed.

Reset Date

When your plan minutes will reset (your next billing date).

Extra Minutes Display

Below the usage overview, you'll see your extra minutes:

  • Total extra minutes purchased
  • Available extra minutes remaining

Real-Time Updates

Your usage data refreshes automatically:

  • Updates approximately every 30 seconds
  • Reflects calls as they complete
  • Shows current accurate balance

Usage Patterns

Understanding your patterns helps with planning:

  • Check usage mid-month to project needs
  • Compare across billing periods
  • Consider upgrading if consistently high
