Voice minutes are the core resource for your AI phone agent. Understanding how they work helps you choose the right plan and monitor your usage.
What Are Voice Minutes?
Voice minutes measure the time your AI agent spends on phone calls with customers. Each minute of call time consumes one voice minute from your allocation.
How Minutes Are Calculated
- Every second of call time is tracked
- The system converts seconds to minutes for display
- Partial minutes are counted precisely (not rounded up) Example: A 2-minute, 30-second call uses 2.5 voice minutes.
Monthly Allocation by Plan
| Plan | Voice Minutes | Estimated Calls |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 60 | ~30 calls |
| Advance | 160 | ~80 calls |
| Pro | 320 | ~160 calls |
| Expert | 700 | ~350 calls |
The estimated calls assume an average call duration of about 2 minutes.
