What is the Business Description?
The Business Description is a brief paragraph (50-100 words recommended) that explains what your business does, what services you offer, and what makes you unique. This description is used on your booking page and helps inform your AI agent's understanding of your business.
How to Write Your Description
- Navigate to Dashboard > Business Information
- Find the Brand Awareness card
- Click on the Description field to edit
- Write your business description
- Click Save Changes when finished
Writing Tips
A great business description should:
- Explain what services you offer
- Highlight what makes you different
- Be written in a friendly, professional tone
- Stay between 50-100 words Example:
