Setting up your contact email and phone number ensures customers and Speako can reach you when needed.

Contact Email

Your contact email is used for:

  • Receiving booking notifications
  • Customer inquiries
  • Important account communications

How to Add Your Contact Email

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Business Information
  2. Find the Contact Information card
  3. Enter your email in the Contact Email field
  4. Click Save Changes

    💡 Tip: Use an email address that you or your team check regularly to avoid missing important booking notifications.

Contact Phone Number

Your contact phone number is your business line that customers can use to reach you directly (separate from your Speako AI phone number).

How to Add Your Phone Number

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Business Information
  2. Find the Contact Information card
  3. Enter your number in the Contact Phone field
  4. The country code is detected automatically based on your number
  5. Click Save Changes

Phone Number Format

Speako uses international phone number formatting:

  • Enter your number with or without the country code

  • The system automatically validates the number format

  • Supports numbers from all countries Examples:

  • +1 (555) 123-4567 (US)

  • +44 20 7946 0958 (UK)

  • +61 2 9876 5432 (Australia)
