Your company name is the public-facing name that customers see throughout your Speako experience, including your booking page and AI phone interactions.
What is the Company Name?
The Company Name (also called Trading Name) is your business's public identity in Speako. This is the name your AI phone agent uses when greeting callers and the name displayed on your booking page.
How to Set Your Company Name
- Navigate to Dashboard > Business Information
- Find the Company Names card at the top of the page
- Click Edit to enter editing mode
- Enter your trading name in the Company Name field
- Click Save Changes in the floating bar at the bottom
Requirements
- Minimum 2 characters required
- This field is required for all businesses
Where Your Company Name Appears
Your company name is used in several places:
- AI Phone Agent: Your agent introduces itself using your company name
- Booking Page: Displayed prominently on your online booking page
- Email Notifications: Used in booking confirmation emails
💡 Tip: Use the name your customers are most familiar with. If you're known as "Joe's Barber Shop" rather than "Joseph's Premium Barbershop Services", use the shorter, recognizable version.
