Current Notification Behavior

Speako sends notifications for important events across all categories:

  • Billing and payment events
  • Booking updates
  • System and security alerts
  • Usage warnings
  • Maintenance notices
  • News and updates

Controlling What You See

While all notifications are delivered, you can control your experience:

Filter Your View

On the notifications page:

  • Filter by category to focus on specific types
  • Show only unread to clear your inbox
  • Use tabs to organize your view

Manage Read Status

  • Mark notifications as read to clear your badge
  • Mark as unread for items needing attention
  • Use "Mark all read" for bulk clearing

Email Notifications

For booking email notifications specifically:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings
  2. Find the Team Members card
  3. Toggle your notification preference See Booking Email Notifications for Team Members for details.

Important Notifications

Certain notifications are always delivered for your security:
