Current Notification Behavior
Speako sends notifications for important events across all categories:
- Billing and payment events
- Booking updates
- System and security alerts
- Usage warnings
- Maintenance notices
- News and updates
Controlling What You See
While all notifications are delivered, you can control your experience:
Filter Your View
On the notifications page:
- Filter by category to focus on specific types
- Show only unread to clear your inbox
- Use tabs to organize your view
Manage Read Status
- Mark notifications as read to clear your badge
- Mark as unread for items needing attention
- Use "Mark all read" for bulk clearing
Email Notifications
For booking email notifications specifically:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Settings
- Find the Team Members card

Important Notifications
Certain notifications are always delivered for your security:
