- You'll see a list of any existing date overrides

- Click Add Hours in the top right
- A calendar appears—select the date(s) you want to override
- Add time slots for that date, or mark it as closed
- Click Apply to add the override to your list
- Click Update Date Overrides to save all changes
Selecting Multiple Dates
You can select multiple dates at once if they share the same hours:
- Click on multiple dates in the calendar
- Consecutive dates are automatically grouped
- All selected dates receive the same time slots This is useful for:
- A holiday weekend with consistent hours
- A week of reduced hours
- A multi-day event
Configuring Override Hours
For each date override, you can:
Set Custom Hours
Add time slots just like weekly hours:
- Start time and end time
- Optional slot name
- Service duration (for restaurants)
Mark as Closed
Toggle the "Closed" option to close your business for that date entirely. No time slots are needed—the date is simply marked unavailable.
How Overrides Work
Date-specific hours completely replace your regular schedule for that date:
- Regular Schedule: Open 9 AM - 5 PM
- Override for Dec 24: Open 9 AM - 2 PM
- Result: On December 24, you're open 9 AM - 2 PM only The override takes precedence. Your regular schedule resumes automatically the next day.

Existing overrides appear grouped by year on the Date-specific hours page. Each entry shows:
- The date or date range
