The Dashboard home page gives you a quick view of setup progress and business activity. It is the first place to check when you want to understand what still needs attention after onboarding.

Use it as an operating summary for the workspace, then open the relevant dashboard area when something needs to be updated.

What you can see on the home page

The dashboard home can show:

  • welcome header
  • Manage agents
  • key metrics
  • Bookings trend
  • conversations
  • Issues
  • Bookings by location
  • Your agents

These sections help you spot whether the business is active, whether bookings are coming through, and whether agent-related items need review.

How to use it after onboarding

After setup, the dashboard home should help you answer a few practical questions:

  • Is the workspace still missing setup tasks?
  • Are bookings appearing as expected?
  • Are there issues that need attention?
  • Are conversations or agents showing activity?
  • Does activity differ by location?

The page is not meant to replace the detailed setup screens. It points you toward what to inspect next.

💡 Note: If your workspace is new, some dashboard sections may look quiet until bookings, conversations, and agent activity begin.

Why location context matters

Speako is location-aware. Some dashboard information and navigation areas depend on the selected location. If your business has more than one location, check that you are reviewing the correct one before acting on bookings, AI Agent settings, or location setup.

The Bookings by location view is especially useful for understanding activity across multiple locations.

When to check the dashboard home

Check the dashboard home:

  • after completing onboarding
  • after changing AI Agent settings
  • after setting up online booking
  • when reviewing booking activity
  • when comparing locations
  • when checking whether issues need follow-up

What to do next from the dashboard

If the dashboard suggests setup is incomplete, use the Setup Guide and sidebar to continue. Common next steps include updating business info, setting booking availability, configuring staff and services or tables, reviewing AI Agent knowledge, making a test call, and setting up online booking.

For agent-related work, open AI Agent and review the relevant area: Phone Number, Greetings, Personality, Voice & Languages, Knowledges, or AI Tools.
