Speako is designed for efficiency. Here are the quickest ways to navigate and take action in the platform.

Location Switching

Quickly change between locations:

  1. Click the location name at the top of the sidebar
  2. Select the location you want to view
  3. All data instantly updates Your selected location is remembered, so you'll return to it when you sign in again.

During initial setup, the Setup Guide provides direct links:

  • Each uncompleted step links to its configuration page
  • Click any step to jump directly there
  • A banner shows which step you're working on

  2. Use the search bar at the top
  3. Search by name, email, or phone number
  4. Results filter as you type

Conversation Access

From the dashboard, click any recent conversation to:

  • View the full transcript
  • Listen to the recording
  • See the outcome and any actions taken

Keyboard Navigation

Standard keyboard shortcuts work throughout Speako:

  • Tab — Move between form fields
  • Enter — Submit forms or confirm actions
  • Escape — Close modals and dropdowns

Quick Edits

Many items support inline editing:

  • Click on text fields to edit directly
  • Changes save automatically or with a save button
  • Cancel buttons revert unsaved changes

Creating New Items

Look for Add or Create buttons to quickly add:

  • New bookings in the Scheduler
  • New customers in the Customers section
  • New staff or tables in their respective sections
  • New knowledge entries for your AI

User Menu Shortcuts

Click your profile at the bottom of the sidebar for:

  • Account — Quick access to profile settings
  • Billing — Check subscription status
  • Sign Out — End your session

Mobile Navigation

On mobile devices:

  • Tap the menu icon to open the sidebar
