The sidebar is your main navigation tool in Speako. It organizes all features into logical sections and adapts based on your business type.

The sidebar has several sections, from top to bottom:

Location Selector

At the top of the sidebar, you'll see your current location name. Click it to:

  • See all your locations
  • Switch to a different location
  • All data and settings update to reflect the selected location

Dashboard

Your home page with key metrics and recent activity. This is where you land after signing in.

Scheduler

Your booking calendar. View and manage all reservations in day, week, or month views.

Customers

Your customer database. Search, view, and manage customer profiles and booking history.

Availability

Set your operating hours:

  • Regular weekly schedule
  • Special hours for specific dates
  • Holiday closures

Settings

General location settings:

  • Business details
  • Contact information
  • Configuration options

At the bottom of the sidebar, click your profile to access:

On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses. Tap the menu icon to open it as an overlay.

Active Page Indicator

The current page is highlighted in the sidebar so you always know where you are.
