After creating your account, you'll need to verify your email address to complete the setup process.

Why Verify Your Email?

Email verification ensures:

  • You can receive important notifications about bookings
  • Your account is secure and belongs to you
  • You can recover your account if needed

Check Your Inbox

After signing up, check the email inbox for the address you used to create your account.

Look for an email from Speako with a subject like "Verify your email" or "Complete your registration."

  1. Open the email from Speako
  2. Click the Verify Email button or link
  3. You'll be redirected back to Speako
  4. Your email is now verified

Didn't Receive the Email?

If you don't see the verification email:

Check Your Spam Folder

The email might have been filtered. Look in your spam or junk folder and mark it as "not spam" if found.

Wait a Few Minutes

Email delivery can sometimes take a few minutes. Wait 5-10 minutes before trying again.

Request a New Verification Email

If the email still hasn't arrived:

  1. Return to the Speako sign-in page
  2. Sign in with your credentials
  3. Look for a Resend verification email option
  4. Click to send a new verification link

Check Your Email Address

Make sure you entered your email address correctly during sign-up. If there's a typo, you may need to create a new account with the correct address.

After Verification

Once your email is verified, you can continue setting up your business:

  1. Enter your business name
  2. Select your business type
  3. Create your first location
