Accessing the Notification Center
Speako's Notification Center is where you can view and manage all the notifications sent to your business account — covering bookings, billing, usage alerts, and system updates.
Where to find it
Go to Dashboard → Notifications. The Notifications page is accessible from the sidebar navigation.
The page header shows your current notification status. If you have unread notifications, it says something like: You have [number] unread notifications. If you're up to date, it shows: You're all caught up!
What you'll see on the Notifications page
The page has:
- A tab bar at the top to filter notifications by type: All, Billing, Booking, System, Maintenance, News, and Usage.
- A Show unread only toggle button to focus on notifications you haven't read yet.
- A Refresh button to reload the latest notifications.
- A Mark all read button (visible when you have unread notifications) to clear all unread badges at once.
- A list of notifications, each showing the notification type, title, and when it was received.
The notification bell
In addition to the full Notifications page, there is a notification bell icon in the top navigation bar of the dashboard. Clicking it opens a dropdown showing your most recent notifications. You can click through to the full Notifications page from there.
Pagination
The notifications list loads 20 at a time. If you have more notifications, a Load more button appears at the bottom of the list. The page shows a count like: Showing 20 of [total] notifications.
Notification types
Notifications are categorised into types. See Notification Types for a full description of each type and what triggers them.
💡 Tip: If you're looking for a specific notification (e.g. a billing alert or a particular booking update), use the type filter tabs to narrow the list. This is faster than scrolling through all notifications.
⚠️ Important: Notifications on this page are for your business account. They are not personal inbox messages — they relate to events on your Speako account such as new bookings, subscription changes, and usage thresholds.
