Enabling the Online Booking Page

Speako's online booking page gives your customers a way to make reservations or appointments directly from their browser — without needing to call. Each location has its own booking page that can be switched on or off independently.

Where to find it

Go to AI Receptionists in the dashboard, click your AI receptionist, then click Booking Page in the sidebar. Alternatively, navigate directly to Booking Page if it appears in your main navigation.

At the top of the Booking Page settings, you'll see:

  • An Online Booking toggle row — to enable or disable the page.
  • A Booking URL row — showing your unique booking page link.

Enabling online booking

  1. Go to the Booking Page settings for the location you want to enable.
  2. Find the Online Booking toggle row.
  3. Switch the toggle to on (enabled).

A confirmation toast will appear: Online Booking Enabled.

The booking page is now live. Customers can visit the URL shown in the Booking URL row to make bookings online.

Disabling online booking

To stop customers from booking online:

  1. Find the Online Booking toggle row.
  2. Switch the toggle to off (disabled).

A toast confirms: Online Booking Disabled. The booking page URL will no longer accept new bookings.

⚠️ Important: Disabling online booking does not cancel existing bookings. Customers who have already reserved will not be notified — their bookings remain confirmed in your calendar.

Online booking is independent of Voice AI

The online booking toggle and the Voice AI toggle are separate. Turning one on or off does not affect the other. If you want to accept bookings only by phone (via the AI), keep online booking off. If you want both channels available, enable both.

Completing your booking page

Before enabling your booking page, it helps to set up the content customers will see:

  • Appearance — your logo, banner image, and background colour.
  • Business Details — your address, description, and Google Maps link.
  • Rules — maximum party size and whether special requests are allowed.
  • Policies — cancellation policy, venue rules, and other notes for customers.

All of these settings live within the Booking Page section. Use the tabs (Appearance, Business Details, Rules, Policies) to fill in each section before going live.

💡 Tip: Even if you primarily use Voice AI for bookings, having an online booking page enabled gives customers a fallback option if they prefer not to call — and it can reduce your call volume for routine bookings.
