Getting Your Booking Page Link
Your booking page has a unique URL that customers can visit to make reservations or appointments online. Once online booking is enabled, this link is live and accessible to anyone with the URL.
Where to find your link
Go to Booking Page settings for your AI receptionist. Near the top of the page — above the appearance tabs — you'll see a Booking URL row showing your unique booking page link.
The URL is read-only in the dashboard. You cannot change it from this view.
What the link looks like
Your booking page URL is based on your business's unique alias. It will be in a format similar to:
https://book.speako.com/[your-business-name]
The exact subdomain or path may vary based on your account configuration.
Sharing your link
Once you have the link, you can share it in several places:
- Your website — add a "Book Now" button or link pointing to the URL.
- Social media — include it in your Instagram bio, Facebook page About section, or post it in stories.
- Google Business Profile — add it as your booking URL in your Google listing.
- Email signatures — include a booking link in staff email signatures.
- QR codes — generate a QR code from the URL for printed menus, signage, or business cards.
Booking page must be enabled
The booking page link only works for customers when the Online Booking toggle is enabled. If online booking is disabled, the page will either be inaccessible or display a message that bookings are not currently available.
See Enabling the Online Booking Page for how to switch it on.
💡 Tip: After enabling your booking page and sharing the link, test it yourself from a separate browser or incognito window to confirm the page loads correctly and your details — address, description, logo, and policies — are displaying as expected.
⚠️ Important: Your booking page link is the same for all customers. There is no way to create private or restricted booking links from the dashboard. If you need to control access to booking, manage it through your Rules settings (e.g. party size limits).
Embedding vs linking
If you want the booking page to appear directly within your own website rather than as an external link, see Embedding the Booking Page on Your Website.
