Marking Notifications as Read
Unread notifications are highlighted so you can easily see what's new. Once you've read a notification, you can mark it as read to clear the unread indicator.
Marking a single notification as read
On the Notifications page, each notification item shows a read/unread indicator (a filled or empty circle icon). To mark a single notification as read:
- Click the unread indicator on the notification, or
- Click the notification itself to view it — reading the content marks it as read.
You can also mark a read notification back as unread by clicking the indicator again. This is useful if you want to revisit a notification later and don't want to lose track of it.
Marking all notifications as read
When you have unread notifications, a Mark all read button appears in the top-right area of the Notifications page (alongside the Refresh button).
Click Mark all read to mark every notification in your inbox as read at once. This clears all unread indicators in the notification bell and the page simultaneously.
⚠️ Important: Marking all as read is immediate and affects all unread notifications, not just the ones currently visible on screen. If you have more than 20 notifications loaded (i.e. you haven't clicked "Load more"), all unread notifications — including those not yet loaded — will be marked as read.
Notification bell badge
The notification bell in the top navigation bar shows a badge with the count of unread notifications. This badge updates whenever you mark notifications as read.
After marking all as read, the badge disappears. It will reappear when new notifications arrive.
Refreshing the list
The notifications list does not auto-update in real time. Click the Refresh button at the top of the page to fetch the latest notifications and update the unread count.
💡 Tip: Get into the habit of reviewing the Notifications page at least once a day. Important billing and usage alerts appear here, and catching them early lets you take action before service is disrupted.
