Setting Color Theme

You can customise the background colour of your booking page to align with your brand. This gives customers a more cohesive visual experience when they visit to make a booking.

Where to find it

Go to Booking Page → Appearance for your AI receptionist.

In addition to the logo and banner uploads, the Appearance tab includes a colour setting. This corresponds to the background colour of your booking page.

How to set the colour

  1. Open the Appearance tab within Booking Page settings.
  2. Locate the colour field (this may be a colour picker or a hex code input, depending on the interface).
  3. Select or enter your preferred background colour.
  4. Click Save Changes in the floating bar at the bottom of the page to apply.

Choosing a good background colour

Your booking page background sets the visual tone for the whole page. A few principles:

  • Keep it readable: Ensure any text displayed on the page has sufficient contrast against the background. Very dark or very bright backgrounds can make text hard to read.
  • Match your brand: Use a colour consistent with your website, signage, or brand identity.
  • Neutral colours work reliably: Off-white, light grey, or soft neutrals tend to give a clean, professional feel without risking readability issues.

💡 Tip: If you're unsure what colour to use, a neutral like #F9FAFB (very light grey) or #FFFFFF (white) works for most businesses and lets your logo and banner carry the branding.

⚠️ Important: Very saturated or dark background colours may clash with the text and interface elements that are rendered on top of the background. Preview your booking page at the URL shown in the Booking URL row after saving to check the visual result.

Saving changes

Colour changes save when you click Save Changes in the floating bar. Changes are applied immediately to the live booking page after saving.
