Uploading Your Logo and Banner

Adding a logo and banner image to your booking page makes it instantly recognisable to customers and creates a more professional, on-brand experience.

Where to find it

Go to the Booking Page settings for your AI receptionist. Click the Appearance tab. The Appearance page contains:

  • A Logo upload area
  • A Banner upload area

The logo appears prominently at the top of your booking page, typically alongside your business name. Upload a clean, recognisable version of your logo — ideally a version that works on light backgrounds.

File requirements:

  • Maximum file size: 2 MB
  • Recommended format: PNG or JPG

If you try to upload a file larger than 2 MB, you'll see an error: Logo must be less than 2MB.

How to upload a logo:

  1. In the Appearance tab, click the logo upload area or drag a file into it.
  2. A preview of the logo will appear once selected.
  3. Review the preview to make sure it looks right.
  4. Click Save Changes in the bar at the bottom of the page to apply.

The banner is a wider image that appears across the top or header area of your booking page. It's a good place to show your venue, product, or a lifestyle image that reflects your brand.

File requirements:

  • Maximum file size: 5 MB
  • Recommended format: JPG or PNG

If you upload a file larger than 5 MB, you'll see an error: Banner must be less than 5MB.

How to upload a banner:

  1. In the Appearance tab, click the banner upload area or drag a file into it.
  2. A preview will appear.
  3. Click Save Changes to apply.

Removing images

You can remove a logo or banner by clicking the remove/clear option on the respective upload component. Make sure to save after removing.

Tips for image quality

💡 Tip: Use high-resolution images. Booking pages are viewed on a range of screen sizes, including tablets and desktops with high-density displays. A blurry or pixelated logo undermines an otherwise well-presented page.

💡 Tip: For banners, landscape-oriented images (wider than they are tall) tend to display better than portrait images, as booking pages are typically wider than they are tall.

Saving changes

Images and all other Appearance settings save together when you click Save Changes in the floating bar at the bottom of the page. If you navigate away before saving, your uploads will not be applied.
