If a booking isn't appearing in your dashboard, here's how to troubleshoot.

Check the Correct Location

If you have multiple locations:

  1. Navigate to the bookings page
  2. Check the location filter
  3. Select the correct location or "All Locations"

Check the Date Range

Bookings may be outside your current view:

  1. Expand the date range in your filter
  2. Check both past and future dates
  3. Look in the correct time zone

Recent Booking Delay

For very recent bookings:

  • Wait a few moments for processing
  • Refresh the page
  • Check if it appears in the notifications

Phone Booking vs Web Booking

Bookings can come from different sources:

  • AI Phone Bookings: Created during phone calls
  • Web Bookings: Created through your booking page
  • Dashboard Bookings: Created manually by team members Ensure you're not filtering to just one source.

Customer Information

If searching by customer:

  • Verify the customer name spelling
  • Search by phone number if available
  • Check for similar names

Cancelled Bookings

The booking may have been cancelled:

  • Check your cancelled bookings section
  • Review the booking history
  • Check for cancellation notifications

AI Call Issues

If a phone booking isn't showing:

  1. Check the conversations table for the call
  2. Verify the call was successful
  3. The AI may not have completed the booking

Still Missing?

If you still can't find a booking:

  1. Check the conversations table for related calls
  2. Contact the customer to verify they completed booking
  3. Contact support with the approximate date and customer name
