If a booking isn't appearing in your dashboard, here's how to troubleshoot.
Check the Correct Location
If you have multiple locations:
- Navigate to the bookings page
- Check the location filter
- Select the correct location or "All Locations"
Check the Date Range
Bookings may be outside your current view:
- Expand the date range in your filter
- Check both past and future dates
- Look in the correct time zone
Recent Booking Delay
For very recent bookings:
- Wait a few moments for processing
- Refresh the page
- Check if it appears in the notifications
Phone Booking vs Web Booking
Bookings can come from different sources:
- AI Phone Bookings: Created during phone calls
- Web Bookings: Created through your booking page
- Dashboard Bookings: Created manually by team members Ensure you're not filtering to just one source.
Customer Information
If searching by customer:
- Verify the customer name spelling
- Search by phone number if available
- Check for similar names
Cancelled Bookings
The booking may have been cancelled:
- Check your cancelled bookings section
- Review the booking history
- Check for cancellation notifications
AI Call Issues
If a phone booking isn't showing:
- Check the conversations table for the call
- Verify the call was successful
- The AI may not have completed the booking
Still Missing?
If you still can't find a booking:
- Check the conversations table for related calls
- Contact the customer to verify they completed booking
- Contact support with the approximate date and customer name
