Why Payments Fail
Common reasons for payment failure:
- Insufficient funds
- Expired card
- Card blocked for online purchases

Fixing a Failed Payment
- Navigate to Dashboard > Billing
- You'll see an alert about the failed payment
- Click to update your payment method
- Enter valid card details
- The payment will retry automatically
Updating Your Card
If your card expired or was replaced:
- Purchase extra minutes to update your card
- The new card becomes your default
- Future payments will use the new card
Card Declined
If your card is declined:
- Check the card number is correct
- Verify the expiration date
- Ensure CVV is correct

Bank Blocks
Your bank may block the transaction:
- Contact your bank to authorize Speako payments
- Add Speako as a trusted merchant
