All Speako plans include the core platform features that power your AI receptionist. The differences between plans lie in scale (how many locations and team members) and support tier. Here's a detailed breakdown.

Features included on all plans

Regardless of which plan you're on, every Speako subscription includes:

  • Booking Management — view, create, edit, and cancel bookings from the dashboard.
  • Table/Staff Management — configure your tables (restaurants) or team members (service businesses).
  • Menu/Service Management — set up your food menu or services, with pricing and descriptions.
  • Smart Knowledge Base — configure the information your AI uses to answer customer questions.
  • AI Voice Receptionist — your AI handles inbound calls 24/7.
  • AI Voice Booking Agent — the AI takes bookings, modifies appointments, and cancels on behalf of callers.
  • AI Tools — the AI can send SMS links (booking confirmation, maps, ordering links) during calls.
  • Unlimited Staff Members — no cap on service team members (different from dashboard team members).

Features that differ by plan

Branded Booking Page Available on Advance, Pro, and Expert plans. The online booking page includes your logo, banner, colour theme, and business details. Starter plan does not include the branded booking page.

Dashboard Team Members (Administrators) The number of people who can log in to the Speako dashboard:

  • Starter: 1 (Owner only)
  • Advance: up to 3
  • Pro: up to 6
  • Expert: up to 10

Voice Minutes Per Cycle The included voice minutes reset each billing cycle:

  • Starter: 120 minutes
  • Advance: 180 minutes
  • Pro: 360 minutes
  • Expert: 750 minutes

Extra minutes can be purchased as top-up packages on any plan.

Support Level

  • Starter: Basic Support
  • Advance: Priority Support
  • Pro: Priority Support
  • Expert: Priority Support plus a Dedicated Support Manager

Locations per plan

The number of AI receptionists (locations) you can create:

  • Starter: 1
  • Advance: up to 5
  • Pro: up to 8
  • Expert: up to 15

Upgrading for more features
