Viewing Invoice History
The Billing page keeps a complete record of all your charges and invoices. You can view, filter, and download invoices from the Invoice History table.
Where to find it
Go to Dashboard → Billing. Scroll down past the usage cards to find the Invoice History table.
What the table shows
Each row in the invoice history represents a transaction and shows:
- Description — what the charge was for (e.g. plan subscription, top-up package).
- Amount — the charge amount and currency.
- Status — one of: Paid, Open, Draft, or Void.
- Date — when the transaction was created.
- Invoice number — a unique reference for the invoice.
- Download/view links — download the PDF or view the hosted invoice online.
Filtering invoices
The Invoice History table has filter options:
- Status filter — narrow by Paid, Open, Draft, or Void.
- Date filter — show transactions from the last 30 days, 90 days, current year, or all time.
Use the filter controls at the top of the table to find a specific charge.
Invoice statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment was collected successfully |
| Open | Invoice has been issued but payment is pending |
| Draft | Not yet finalised |
| Void | Cancelled or reversed |
Downloading invoices
To download an invoice as a PDF, click the download icon on the relevant row. The PDF includes full charge details, your business name, and the invoice number.
Viewing the hosted invoice
Click the external link icon to view the invoice on the payment provider's page. This is useful if you need to see payment method details, receipts, or share a link to the invoice with your accountant.
💡 Tip: Download invoices at the end of each month for your accounting records. Storing them locally means you always have them even if access to your Speako account changes.
💡 Tip: If you need an invoice for a specific purchase and can't find it, try widening the date filter to "All time" — especially if the purchase was made in a previous year.
