Viewing Your Current Plan

The Billing page shows your current subscription plan, usage details, and subscription status at a glance.

Where to find it

Go to Dashboard โ†’ Billing in the sidebar. This section is accessible from the bottom of the sidebar navigation.

What you'll see

The Billing page includes several sections:

Usage Overview Shows your voice minute balance for the current billing cycle:

  • Minutes used
  • Total minutes included in your plan
  • Minutes remaining
  • A progress bar indicating your usage percentage
  • The date your current billing period ends

Extra Minutes If you've purchased top-up minute packages, this card shows how many extra minutes you have and how many have been used.

Your Plan Displays the name of your current plan (e.g. Starter, Advance, Pro, or Expert), your billing cycle (monthly or annual), and your subscription status.

Payment Method Shows your linked payment method. Click Manage to open the secure payment portal where you can update your card details.

Invoice History A table of your past charges and invoices, with download and view links.

Trial status

If you're still on a trial, the Billing page shows a trial banner indicating:

  • How many trial minutes were granted.
  • When your trial ends.
  • How many minutes your plan will include per cycle once you activate.

There is an Activate subscription button to switch from trial to a paid plan at any time.

What if my plan shows as suspended or cancelled?

If your subscription has lapsed or a payment failed, the billing page may show a suspended or cancelled state. Follow the prompts to reactivate or update your payment method. See Failed Payment: What to Do for steps.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Check the Billing page at the start of each month to confirm your plan renewed successfully and you have sufficient minutes for the coming period.
