Viewing Your Minute Balance
The Billing page gives you a clear view of how many voice minutes you've used, how many remain, and when your balance resets.
Where to find it
Go to Dashboard → Billing. The Voice Minutes card (Usage Overview) appears near the top of the page.
What the card shows
The Voice Minutes card displays:
- Minutes used — how many minutes your AI receptionist has spent on calls so far in this billing cycle.
- Minutes included — the total number of minutes in your current plan for this cycle (e.g. 120 for Starter, 180 for Advance, 360 for Pro, 750 for Expert).
- Progress bar — a visual indicator of your usage percentage. The bar changes colour as you approach your limit:
- Normal (purple): 0–69% used.
- Warning (amber): 70–89% used.
- Critical (red): 90%+ used.
- Period end date — when your current billing cycle ends and your minutes reset.
Extra minutes card
If you have purchased top-up minute packages, a separate Extra Minutes card shows:
- How many extra minutes you've used from packages.
- How many extra minutes remain.
- The number of packages applied to your account.
You can click View packages to see details of your purchased packages, or Buy more minutes to purchase additional packages.
Low balance alerts
If your usage percentage gets high, a Usage Warning banner appears above the billing cards. This alert tells you the exact percentage used and provides quick links to upgrade your plan or buy more minutes.
The warning appears at a certain usage threshold and escalates as usage increases further. Watch for it — acting early gives you time to top up before service is affected.
Usage is account-wide
All locations (AI receptionists) under your account share the same minute balance. The usage shown on the Billing page is the combined total across all your receptionists, not per-location.
💡 Tip: Bookmark the Billing page or set a habit of checking it weekly. Catching a low balance early — before you get a critical alert — gives you time to buy more minutes without risking a gap in call handling.
