The dashboard is your home base in Speako. It gives you a quick overview of your business performance and recent activity.

Accessing the Dashboard

After signing in, you'll land on the dashboard automatically. You can always return here by clicking Dashboard in the sidebar.

Key Metrics Cards

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see cards showing important numbers:

Bookings

  • Total bookings in the last 30 days
  • Percentage change compared to the previous period
  • Shows whether bookings are trending up or down

Customers

  • Total number of customers in your database
  • Growth percentage over time
  • Helps you track customer base expansion

Calls

  • Number of AI-handled calls in the last 30 days
  • Trend indicator showing call volume changes
  • Reflects how much your AI agent is being used

Average Call Duration

  • How long calls typically last
  • Formatted in minutes and seconds
  • Helps you understand conversation depth

Below the metrics, a chart visualizes your booking patterns:

Time Periods

Switch between views:

  • 7 days — Recent activity
  • 30 days — Monthly trends
  • 90 days — Quarterly overview

Booking Sources

See where bookings come from:

  • AI bookings — Made through phone calls
  • Web bookings — Made through your online booking page

Multi-Location View

If you have multiple locations, see bookings broken down by location.

Recent Conversations

A table shows your latest AI interactions:

  • Customer phone number or name
  • Time of the conversation
  • Duration of the call
  • Outcome (booking made, question answered, etc.) Click any conversation to view the full transcript and recording.

Setup Guide

If you're still configuring Speako, the Setup Guide appears on your dashboard:

  • Shows which setup steps are complete
  • Links directly to configuration pages
  • Can be dismissed once you're ready

Location Context

The dashboard shows data for your currently selected location. To switch locations:

  1. Click the location selector at the top of the sidebar
  2. Choose a different location
  3. Dashboard updates to show that location's data

Refreshing Data

Dashboard data updates automatically, but you can refresh manually by reloading the page or navigating away and back.
