Your location's contact information helps customers reach you and appears on your booking page.
Contact Fields
Each location has several contact fields you can configure:
Email Address
Your business email for this location:
- Receives booking notifications
- Displayed on your public booking page
- Should be monitored regularly
Phone Number
Your business phone number:
- Shown on booking page and confirmations
- Not the same as your AI agent phone number
- Use your regular business line
Website URL
Link to your website:
- Appears on your booking page
- Must be a complete URL (include https://)
- Links customers to more information
Setting Contact Information
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Click on your location
- Find the contact fields
- Enter your details
- Click Save
Email Format
Enter a valid email address:
- Must include @ and a domain
- Example: [email protected]
- Typos will prevent notification delivery
Phone Number Format
Enter your phone number with country code:
- Include the country code (e.g., +61 for Australia)
- Use the format selector for different countries
- Example: +61 2 1234 5678
Website URL Format
Enter the complete website address:
- Must start with http:// or https://
- Include the full domain
- Example: https://www.yourbusiness.com
