Your location's contact information helps customers reach you and appears on your booking page.

Contact Fields

Each location has several contact fields you can configure:

Email Address

Your business email for this location:

  • Receives booking notifications
  • Displayed on your public booking page
  • Should be monitored regularly

Phone Number

Your business phone number:

  • Shown on booking page and confirmations
  • Not the same as your AI agent phone number
  • Use your regular business line

Website URL

Link to your website:

  • Appears on your booking page
  • Must be a complete URL (include https://)
  • Links customers to more information

Setting Contact Information

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click on your location
  3. Find the contact fields
  4. Enter your details
  5. Click Save

Email Format

Enter a valid email address:

  • Must include @ and a domain
  • Example: [email protected]
  • Typos will prevent notification delivery

Phone Number Format

Enter your phone number with country code:

  • Include the country code (e.g., +61 for Australia)
  • Use the format selector for different countries
  • Example: +61 2 1234 5678

Website URL Format

Enter the complete website address:

  • Must start with http:// or https://
  • Include the full domain
  • Example: https://www.yourbusiness.com
