Your Speako plan determines how many locations you can create. Here's what each plan includes.

Plan Locations Included
Starter 1 location
Advance Up to 5 locations
Pro Up to 8 locations
Expert Up to 15 locations

You can see your current usage when adding a new location:

  1. Go to Settings > Locations
  2. Look for the location count (e.g., "2 / 5 locations")
  3. This shows how many you've used out of your limit

Location Billing

Your first location is always free โ€” it's included with your plan subscription. Additional locations (2nd, 3rd, etc.) each require a separate per-location subscription:

  • Monthly: A$99/month per location (USD $69/month)
  • Annual: A$948/year per location (USD $660/year)

Each location subscription is billed independently, and you can choose monthly or annual billing for each one.

What Happens at the Limit

When you've reached your plan's location limit:

  • A warning message appears when you try to add a location
  • The "Add Location" button shows the limit status
  • You cannot create new locations until you upgrade

Upgrading for More Locations

If you need more locations:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. View available plans
  3. Select a plan with a higher location limit
  4. Complete the upgrade process Your new limit applies immediately.

What Counts Toward the Limit

  • Active locations count toward your limit
  • Each physical venue or branch is one location
  • Test locations count the same as real ones

Multi-Location Scenarios

Franchise or Chain

If you operate multiple venues:

  • Each physical location needs its own Speako location
  • Consider the Pro or Expert plan for larger operations
  • Each location can have unique settings and staff

Single Location Business

If you only have one venue:

  • The Starter plan is sufficient
  • You can always upgrade later if you expand
