After creating a location, you can update its details anytime. Here's how to edit your location settings.

Accessing Location Settings

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click on your location or select Locations
  3. Click on the location you want to edit

Editable Fields

Location Name

Update how this location is identified:

  • Used in the sidebar and location switcher
  • Appears in reports and notifications
  • Should clearly identify the venue

Timezone

Change the timezone if needed:

  • Affects all time-based operations
  • Updates availability display
  • Changes when your AI says you're open/closed

    ๐Ÿ’ก Note: Changing timezone affects how existing availability hours are interpreted. Review your hours after changing.

Contact Email

The email address for this location:

  • Receives booking notifications
  • Shown on your booking page
  • Used for customer communication

Contact Phone

Your business phone number:

  • Displayed on booking page
  • Shown in booking confirmations
  • Different from your AI agent phone number

Website URL

Link to your website:

  • Shown on booking page
  • Must include http:// or https://
  • Validates as a proper web address

Address

Physical location:

  • Uses address autocomplete
  • Shown on booking page
  • Helps customers find you

Fallback Phone

Where calls go when AI is unavailable:

  • Used when AI agent is offline
  • For after-hours call forwarding
  • Should be a monitored phone number

Read-Only Fields

Some fields cannot be changed:

AI Agent Phone

The phone number assigned for AI calls:

  • Automatically assigned when location is created
  • Matched to your location's region when possible
  • Click to copy to clipboard

Location Type

Restaurant or Service-Based:

  • Set during initial setup
  • Cannot be changed after creation
  • Affects available features

Business Category

Your industry category:

  • Inherited from your first location
  • Applies to all locations
  • Determines default settings

Saving Changes

Changes are saved when you:

  1. Make your edits
  2. Click the Save button
  3. Wait for confirmation All changes apply immediately.
