If you have multiple locations, you'll need to switch between them to manage each one. Here's how location switching works.

The Location Switcher

The location switcher is at the top of the sidebar. It shows your currently selected location.

How to Switch Locations

  1. Click on the location name in the sidebar
  2. A dropdown appears with all your locations
  3. Click the location you want to switch to
  4. The dashboard updates to show that location's data

What Changes When You Switch

When you switch locations, everything updates:

Dashboard

  • Metrics show the new location's data
  • Booking trends reflect this location
  • Recent conversations are for this location

Scheduler

  • Calendar shows this location's bookings
  • Available slots match this location's hours
  • Staff or tables are specific to this location

Settings

  • Availability is for this location
  • AI configuration is for this location's agent
  • Contact details are location-specific

Your Selection is Remembered

Speako remembers your last selected location:

  • When you sign in, you return to your last location
  • Switching persists across browser sessions
  • Each team member has their own selection

Current Location Indicator

The currently selected location is marked:

  • Highlighted in the location dropdown
  • Shows "Current Location" badge
  • Listed first in the dropdown

Switching Quickly

To switch locations efficiently:

  1. Click the location name (one click)
  2. Click your destination (one click)
  3. Done — the page updates automatically No need to navigate to a settings page or save anything.

Location-Specific Data

Remember that each location has separate:

  • Bookings and reservations
  • Conversations and call history
  • Staff or table configurations
  • Availability schedules
  • AI agent settings Switching locations shows completely different data for each section.

Managing All Locations

To see all locations at once:

  1. Go to Settings > Locations
  2. View the list of all your locations
  3. Click any location to edit its details
