Assigning Categories to Services

When Creating a Service

  1. Open the Add Service form
  2. Find the category selection
  3. Choose one or more categories
  4. Complete service creation

For Existing Services

  1. Open the service's detail panel
  2. Go to the Details tab
  3. Find the category field
  4. Add or change categories
  5. Save changes

Multiple Categories

A service can belong to multiple categories:

  • Category 1: Facials
  • Category 2: Express Services This service appears in both category lists, making it easier to find.

When to Use Multiple Categories

Removing Categories from Services

To remove a category from a service:

  1. Open the service's detail panel
  2. Go to the category section
  3. Click to remove the category
  4. Save changes The service remains active, just without that category association.

Uncategorized Services

Services without categories:

  • Still appear in your full service list

Reorganizing Services

If you need to restructure categories:

  2. Create new categories — Add any new ones needed
