I Cannot Log In
If you're having trouble logging in to your Speako dashboard, here are the most common causes and how to resolve them.
Issue 1: Wrong email or password
The most common reason for a failed login is entering the wrong email address or an incorrect password.
Steps:
- Double-check the email address. Make sure it's the one you used to sign up.
- Check for typos in the password — pay attention to Caps Lock.
- Try the Forgot password link on the login page to reset your password.
Issue 2: You signed up with Google
If you created your account using "Sign in with Google", you won't have a separate password. Use the Sign in with Google button rather than typing your email and a password.
Issue 3: Your account hasn't been activated
If you were invited to join a Speako business, you may need to accept the invitation first before logging in. Check your email for an invitation link from Speako.
Issue 4: Invitation expired
Team member invitations expire after a period of time. If your invitation has expired, ask the business owner to send a new invitation from Settings → Team Members.
Issue 5: Account is suspended
If your business account has lapsed due to a payment failure, you may not be able to log in. The account owner should log in (or try to) and address the billing issue. See Failed Payment: What to Do.
Issue 6: Browser or cache issue
Clearing your browser cache and cookies can resolve some login issues. Alternatively, try opening the Speako dashboard in an incognito/private browser window or a different browser.
Issue 7: Account email has changed
If your primary email was updated and you're logging in with an old address, use the new email address.

💡 Tip: If you're not sure which email you used to sign up, check your inbox for a Speako welcome or confirmation email from when you first created your account. That email address is your login.
