Control who receives booking notifications on your team. This article explains how to configure notification recipients.
Who Can Receive Notifications
Team members with:
- Active account access
- Booking notification preference enabled
- Valid email address
Enabling Notifications for Team Members
Each team member controls their own preferences:
- Team member accesses their profile
- Finds notification settings
- Enables Receive Booking Emails
- Saves the setting
Viewing Current Recipients
To see who receives notifications:
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to Team or Notifications
- Review who has booking emails enabled
Adding Recipients
To have someone receive notifications:
- They must be a team member
- They enable booking notifications in their profile
- Their email is automatically included
Removing Recipients
To stop someone receiving notifications:
- They disable booking notifications in profile
- Or they are removed from the team
- Emails stop going to them
Fallback Email
If no team members are configured:
- System uses a fallback email address
- Ensures bookings are never missed
- Configured in business settings
Setting Fallback Email
- Go to business settings
- Find notification or email settings
- Set the fallback email address
- Save changes
Multiple Recipients
Multiple team members can receive emails:
- All configured members get each notification
- Useful for shared responsibility
- Everyone stays informed
Recommended Setup
Small Teams
- Have 1-2 people receive emails
- Ensures coverage without overload
Larger Teams
- Managers/leads receive notifications
- Not everyone needs every email
- Dashboard for real-time updates
Notification Types
Recipients get emails for:

Troubleshooting
No Emails Being Received
- Check if anyone has notifications enabled

Too Many Emails
- Reduce number of recipients
- Use dashboard for real-time monitoring
- Have specific person handle booking emails
Best Practices
- Always have a recipient — Never miss bookings
