Day View
The day view focuses on a single date:

- Navigate weeks easily This is often the default view for daily operations.
Month View
The month view shows the entire month:

- Capacity planning

- Click to drill into any day Useful for managers reviewing overall booking patterns.
List View
The list view shows bookings in a linear format:

Switching Views
To change views:
- Find the view selector (usually top of calendar)
- Click Day, Week, Month, or List
- View changes immediately
- Current date selection is preserved
