Day View

The day view focuses on a single date:

Week View

The week view shows seven days at once:

  • Quick date comparison
  • Navigate weeks easily This is often the default view for daily operations.

Month View

The month view shows the entire month:

  • Seeing busy vs slow periods
  • Monthly overview
  • Capacity planning

  • Highlight busy days
  • Click to drill into any day Useful for managers reviewing overall booking patterns.

List View

The list view shows bookings in a linear format:

Switching Views

To change views:

  1. Find the view selector (usually top of calendar)
  2. Click Day, Week, Month, or List
  3. View changes immediately
  4. Current date selection is preserved
