The Customers page gives you a complete view of everyone who has interacted with your business. This article explains how to navigate and use your customer list.

Accessing the Customer List

  1. Log in to your Speako dashboard
  2. Select your location from the sidebar
  3. Click Customers in the navigation menu

List Layout

The customer list displays your customers in a table with the following columns:

Sorting Your List

Column Description
Customer Name Full name with avatar icon
Email Customer's email address
Phone Contact phone number
Tags Colour-coded customer tags
Actions Edit and delete buttons

Click on column headers to sort your customer list:

  • Customer Name — Sort alphabetically by name (A-Z or Z-A)
  • Email — Sort by email address An arrow indicator shows the current sort direction.

Quick Actions

From the customer list, you can:

  • View Details — Click a customer row to open their full profile
  • Edit — Click the edit icon to modify customer information
  • Delete — Click the delete icon to deactivate a customer

Customer Statistics

The customer list provides an overview of your customer base:

  • Total number of customers
  • Active customers
  • Inactive customers

Inactive Customers

By default, the list shows only active customers. Customers who have been deactivated are hidden but remain in the system and can be reactivated if needed.
