Visualize your booking activity over time with the interactive booking trends chart.
Where to Find It
The booking trends chart appears on your main dashboard below the metrics cards.
Time Range Options
Select your preferred view using the toggle buttons:
- 7 Days: Last week's activity
- 30 Days: Last month (default view)
- 90 Days: Last quarter
Location Filtering
If you have multiple locations:
- Click the location dropdown
- Select a specific location or "All Locations"
- The chart updates to show that location's data
What the Chart Shows
The chart displays two data series:
AI Bookings (Primary color)
Bookings made through your AI phone agent.
Web Bookings (Secondary color)
Bookings made through your online booking page.
Interacting with the Chart
- Hover over any point to see exact numbers
- Tooltip shows date and booking counts
- Legend displays total counts for each type
Reading the Chart
- X-axis: Dates (formatted as "Jan 15")
- Y-axis: Number of bookings
- Area fill: Volume of bookings per day
Using the Data
The chart helps you:
- Identify busy periods
- Compare AI vs web booking popularity
- Track seasonal trends
- Plan staffing based on patterns
